OCOSA Communication, LLC is committed to the principles of privacy and security on the Internet. The information collected will be used for the sole purpose of providing service and establishing an account with OCOSA.


INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

Anyone may visit our website without revealing any personal information. However, once you order services from OCOSA you are a Customer and we collect personal information during the service order process. This information is for OCOSA to use internally to identify you.

We collect the following information which may include but is not limited to; Personal legal names, Business legal names, Business Tax ID numbers, Telephone numbers, email addresses, physical and mailing addresses for personal and business. We also collect username/password recommendations for Customer services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. You may choose to opt-in to communicate with OCOSA via Short Message/Message Service (SMS) or aka text messaging. We will not share that data to third parties. Messages and Data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary. Reply “STOP” to opt-out of messaging.

We may share your information with a third party only to establish service that may be required to fulfill the service order.

We maintain traffic logs of our web servers. This data can tell us what types of browsers are accessing our servers, what pages received high traffic, and how the traffic was referred to our servers. IP address you are using and device operating system.

Some of our systems require Cookies be turned on in your browser. We do not use this for malicious activities.

COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS

We communicate with our Customers over email, SMS/text messaging, social media, through the OCOSA Customer Portal and over phone. We do share private personal information over email. We prefer communication over email or through our OCOSA Customer Portal.

SECURITY

The OCOSA Customer Portal is secured by following industry best practices and is PCI-DSS Compliant.

UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION

It is the responsibility of the Customer to notify OCOSA of any address, phone number, credit card information, bank information for EFT, accounts payables person on file with OCOSA and/or business ownership changes. These changes can be sent electronically, in written form and/or orally made over the telephone.

We cooperate with all government, law enforcement officials and private parties and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to authorities, in our sole discretion, necessary to respond to claims and legal process. We also share your information only to the extent to comply with Internet regulatory agencies such as but not limited to ARIN and ICANN’s rules, regulations and policies.
